Why other blocks dont have?!?!?! we waited downstairs from 730pm until 8 something... then we decided to climb up and when we reached upstairs, the lights came back... and we climbed 14 storeys... Heard from other neighbours, they said started at 630pm wth?!?! have old people, babies, toddlers, handicaps wow crowded... AMAZINGLY THE MAN CAME AT 8 SOMETHING WHEN they called at 630pm? zz.. anyway everything is super super drama haha. call the towncouncil then end up calling police haiya.. lazy say alr... so tired downstairs waiting... and climbing the stairs... dead meat...
